Your exclusive remedy for breach of such warranty is repair or replacement of your VERTAGEAR products. If your VERTAGEAR products need repair of replacement (at its option) due to defect in workmanship or materials, simply return your VERTAGEAR products to us with proof of purchase within 2 Years of purchase.

ANY MISUSE, ABUSE, OR MODIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT VOIDS THE WARRANTY, VERTAGEAR DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT WHEN USED IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER THAN ORIGINAL VERTAGEAR PRODUCT.
VERTAGEAR WILL PAY REASONABLE AND CUSTOMARY RATES FOR LABOR DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LABOR WARRANTY. THE CONSUMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR COSTS AFTER THE STATED TIME PERIOD.
WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED BY EVIDENCE OF EXCESSIVE SOILING, IMPROPER CLEANING OR TREATMENT, ABUSE, OR ABNORMAL USE OR USE CONTRARY TO THE ADVISORIES OR INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS USED FOR RENTAL, BUSINESS, COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, OR OTHER NON-RESIDENTIAL USES.
THESE WARRANTIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLY. IN NO EVENT WILL VERTAGEAR BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAD REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. THESE WARRANTIES GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THE EVENT THE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS DO NOT APPLY TO YOU, THEN, WHERE LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND NO WARRANTIES APPLY AFTER THAT PERIOD.
FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
In the event that warranty repair or replacement is necessary, VERTAGEAR will request and you must provide proof of purchase (store receipt or invoice) in order to receive warranty service.
In North America: Within the first 30 days of purchase, please return your product to your dealer or reseller for a replacement. If the product is still within warranty and you can no longer return it to your dealer, please contact VERTAGEAR Customer Support for assistance and instructions. VERTAGEAR will not accept returns without prior approval and an RMA number.
In Europe: Within the first year after purchase, please return your product to your dealer or reseller for a replacement. If the product is still within warranty and you can no longer return it to your dealer, please contact VERTAGEAR Customer Support (see above) for assistance and instructions. VERTAGEAR will not accept returns without prior approval.
Outside North America and Europe: If your product needs to be returned within the warranty period, please do so through the retailer or distributor from whom you purchased the product.
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:
- Wear and tear associated with normal use
- Natural variations in fabric or figure or the presence of character marks
- Cosmetic damages, such as scratches, nicks and dents
- Changes in surface finishes, including colorfastness, due to aging or exposure to light
- Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in the material
- Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
- Removal of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s)
- Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions
- Any foreign objects abrading fabric over time
- Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.
Also excluded from this warranty are counterfeit products; that is, products that VERTAGEAR, at its sole discretion, determines were not manufactured by VERTAGEAR or any of its authorized manufacturing partners.
In addition, VERTAGEAR reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
VERTAGEAR retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
On rare occasions, a newly purchased VERTAGEAR product may be delivered in non-working order. We are working to avoid these issues, but unfortunately, these situations may arise from time to time. Within the 15 calendar days of purchase, should you experience an issue with your new VERTAGEAR product, we ask you to return the product to the place where it was originally bought. You will be required to give a proof of purchase according to their policy.
VERTAGEAR reserves the right to request the damaged/defective product be returned prior to allocating a solution. Based on company policy, customers are responsible for shipping costs to ship back the defective item for RMA repair/replace. Once the item is repaired/replaced, VERTAGEAR will ship the item back to the customer. Shipping methods will be at VERTAGEAR’s discretion. VERTAGEAR will not be able to ship repaired/replaced items in the same method as the customer’s because not only would this not be efficient, but it may delay the return of the repaired/replaced item. Therefore, VERTAGEAR reserves the rights to ship according to what it deems the most efficient standard method of shipping.
